Lagos--It was a unique event as the National Association Of Akwa Ibom State Students in Yaba college of Technology marks the end of semester meeting on the 30th of sept 2015 under the leadership of Conrade Victor Mfon Cletus.However the event witness a large turnout of members which the President during his speech thank the members for turning out in such a large number also promising the members of total commitment towards ensuring he makes all
Akwa Ibom Students proud on campus with the programs that will be roll out by second semester which include;Cultural day event,gala night and most importantly the election that will bring in news Executive after his tenure.He however called on corporate bodies,government and individual to give a thought on sponsoring the upcoming event as the student will remain ever grateful
Moreover, on the issue of 28 anniversary of Akwa Ibom State,the Director Of Social Conrade Kufre Ibanga Francis congratulated Gov Udom Emmanuel for leading the state into the celebration and for lunching the DAKKADA inciative which he also urged all NAAKISS members in various campuses to key into the new iniciative which he said"it will go along in changing the old way of life of the Akwa Ibom People". Conrade kufre well know in University of Lagos,Federal College of Technical Education(FCTE) Akoka and in Yaba College Of Technology due to his key roles towards ensuring the purpose in the Association was setup for,started His leadership line as the First President of Scripture Union in Andoma High School Sapele Delta State,school Private at Mid-Town secondary Commercial School Ikot Ekpene,Welfare Officer/the First Obong of NAAKISS Rivers State Polytechnic Chapter and presently the Director Of Social at Yabatech.
The students were however happy for making the day remarkable as Biro Pen numbering up to 500 pieces were given out free to all members and wishing themselves success on the upcoming examination.
